For its clinical research partners, InMotion evaluates outcomes of musculoskeletal procedures, including randomized prospective, retrospective, and comparative studies. Topics include total joint replacement, fracture healing, sports medicine, soft-tissue repair, spinal instrumentation, foot and ankle procedures, and upper extremity instrumentation.

- InMotion President and Executive Director Richard (Dick) Tarr leads the clinical research efforts with over 34 years of orthopaedic experience, including 20 years identifying and managing DePuy’s worldwide research initiatives to bring new technology products to market, particularly in the merging technologies area, as Vice President of Worldwide Research and Emerging Technologies.
- 6 years experience in Phase II-IV clinical trials, both device and drug
- Large patient population; Campbell Clinic physicians recorded 100,000 patient encounters in 2006, drawing patients from the tri-state area
